How my planning process works
From first hello to final photograph.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway, an epic adventure, or your first international trip, my goal is to make planning easy, exciting, and tailored to you.
A note on fees
To begin planning, I charge a planning and research fee. This helps cover the time I spend researching destinations, comparing options, and creating personalized recommendations for your trip. It also ensures I'm dedicating my time to travelers who are ready to start planning.
Other than that, I don't charge any additional planning fees. For trips that include hotels, cruises, vacation packages, tours, and many other travel products, I'm compensated by the travel suppliers — not by you. In return, I simply ask that if I put together an itinerary for you, you book through me rather than booking it elsewhere. That's how I'm paid for the work I do behind the scenes.

Tell me about your trip
We'll start with a quick discovery call — or a detailed email, if you prefer. I'll ask about your destination ideas, travel style, budget, dates, interests, and any must-haves. This is where your trip starts to take shape.

I'll do the research
I will collect the planning & research fee and then start creating personalized recommendations and itinerary options that fit your goals. My typical turnaround is about 2–3 business days, though it may take a little longer during busy travel seasons.

We refine the plan together
If you'd like different options or want to make changes, just let me know. Honest feedback helps me find the perfect fit, and we keep refining until every detail feels right.

We book your trip
Once you've decided, I handle the bookings through secure supplier systems. Your payment goes directly to the travel provider — I never store or process your credit card myself. When available, I can also help arrange payment plans.

We add the fun stuff
Restaurants, tours, hikes, safaris, day trips, hidden gems — whatever matches your travel style. This is where the itinerary becomes more than logistics; it becomes a story you'll want to tell.

Before you leave
I'll send helpful reminders, travel tips, and destination information so you feel prepared before departure. No frantic last-minute searches, no forgotten details.

During your trip
If you run into an issue or a question comes up while you're traveling, I'm just a message away and will do my best to help. You're never entirely on your own.

I'd love to hear all about your trip. Your feedback helps me improve, and if you enjoyed working together, referrals and reviews truly mean the world to a small business like mine.

As much or as little as you need
I believe travel should be exciting, not stressful. I'm here to help as much, or as little, as you'd like. Whether you simply need someone to book a hotel or you'd like help planning every detail of your itinerary, I'm happy to help.
Travel insurance is recommended
Unexpected things happen — weather delays, illness, lost luggage, cancellations. Travel insurance can provide valuable peace of mind. I'll always provide options for you to consider, but the decision is yours.
How to reach me
Email is usually the best way to reach me. It helps me keep everything organized and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. If something is urgent while you're traveling, text or WhatsApp is perfectly fine.
A note on timing
I don't accept trips departing within 30 days. Great itineraries take time to design — and yours deserves the full effort.
